Makron clarifies company structure by transferring Hollola’s manufacturing business to a new company Makron Works Oy, established in the beginning of 2020. On May 1, manufacturing business including machinery and manufacturing premises will be transferred to Makron Works Oy. All manufacturing business employment relationships continue without interruption in Makron Works Oy.
In order to focus on core business, also Makron log house production technology developed over the decades was sold to Pinomatic Oy in March 2020.
”The new structure will make the manufacturing company more efficient and enables business development and growth. We will focus more strongly on our core business,” CEO Johanna Vuopala explains.
The present Makron Oy will continue as the parent company and will include group’s management, finance, marketing, IT and R&D. In addition to Makron Works Oy, the group’s subsidiaries are Makron Automation Oy, Makron Engineering Oy and Makron Estonia OÜ, which will continue under Makron Oy as before.
