Recycled cellulose fiber is an excellent material for thermal insulation and asphalt additives. It is an ecological and sustainable solution because it is made from recycled paper or cardboard. Recycled Cellulose Insulation Technology

Recycled cellulose fiber is an ecological and economical thermal and acoustic insulation material, for both new and renovated buildings. It is a green material manufactured from recycled paper. The usual methods of installing cellulose insulation are blowing and spraying, and no cutting of the insulation material is needed. The result is seamless insulation that perfectly fills the entire cavity. These installation methods ensure that the adhesion of the insulation to the insulated structure remains unchanged over the years. Makron has the technology to produce sustainable cellulose fiber thermal insulation from recycled raw material.

Asphalt Additive Technology

Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) is an excellent surface material for roads with heavy traffic. Adding recycled cellulose fiber into stone mastic asphalt results in better road surface performance. Recycled cellulose increases the absorptive capacity of bitumen and makes the road more durable. This results in better asphalt quality and road performance, and ultimately better traffic safety. Makron has the technology to produce sustainable cellulose fiber from recycled raw material.

Pulp Manufacturing Machinery

Pulp manufacturing starts with an efficient wood handling process and continues on the fiber line, where the wood material is separated into fibers in a chemical pulping process. The pulp is then washed, bleached, and dried. By-products of the process can be used e.g. for energy production. Our mechanical engineers offer you design and technical calculations expertise for the different phases of the pulping process. In close collaboration with XAMK, we design and manufacture research equipment. And we can provide you with electrical control cabinets and automation services to complete your process.

Waste-to-Energy Plants

Waste-to-energy plants use either biomass or mixed waste as fuel to produce energy for district heating or electricity. These plants cover all the phases from waste reception and handling to energy production. District heat is produced by burning fuel to heat water. The hot water is then circulated through the district heating pipes. Electricity is produced by burning fuel and using the heat generated to produce steam to drive turbines. As your subcontracting partner, we provide you with our expertise for all stages of your process.
